Your Heart Has Own Brain!

Have you ever heard about the Institute of HearthMath? No? Don’t worry. This Institute is a nonprofit research and education organization, which helps people reduce stress, learn to regulate emotions and build energy and resilience for healthy, happy lives. If you undergo one of their programs, they will show you, how you can rely on the intelligence of  your heart .

One of the biggest portion in their research is about the interactions between brain and heart. In this project, their main focus was on the way how these two organs communicate between each other and how the result can affect the way how we perceive our world.

After they got the results, it seems like it explained a lot of things. One, for example, is when a person feels really good emotions like love, appreciation, our heart beats a very different message. The reason, why they could do this is because the heart beats out the largest electro-magnetical field produced in the body.

The most interesting thing about emotions and feelings is that, that for the most part it is a choice. We can change everything by simple thought. Happiness is also inside job but we might find it bit difficult to maintain being happy all the time, with all the challenges we have to overcome during one day. More and more people are slowly trying to change the entire experience on many different levels, where nobody has to suffer or feel negative emotions.  If one is suffering, we all somehow feel the pain that the person is going through.
